Had a very long and very much needed catch-up with my best friend tonight. Sometimes you need to vent and just say everything that’s on your mind and i’m so grateful that i have someone in my life who doesn’t mind me doing that and will actually listen and give me constructive advice on how to approach and deal with situations.

I’m glad i still have her around and that we can still talk as much as always and nothing has changed since i’ve been at uni (other than not being able to see each other very often) as we both experienced in the past that university can really challenge friendships and teaches you who you can really trust and call your friends. The saddest part is that in most cases, you don’t know what you’ve got ‘til it’s gone.
